Shipping within Australia and Overseas

Normal Shipping Service Standards

  • All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation

  • If you are in a hurry, we recommend Express Post

However, we are taking a few weeks leave!!

  • If you order between September 20 and October 10, the dispatch date will be October 11

Invoice

  • On the outside of your parcel there will be a clear envelope, marked in red: "INVOICE ENCLOSED"

  • Your invoice is inside this envelope

  • Should you loose the original, we can provide a copy, on request, to your email address

 
 

Shipping within Australia

  • Your parcel is trackable

  • If you order on-line, you will receive an email containing the tracking number

  • If you order on the phone, you will need to ask us to send the tracking number to an email address

  • All items are tracked through the Australia Post system at this website: AUSPOST Track Your Item

Parcel Post

  • For smaller orders the cost is usually $10

  • Delivery will usually take up to one week, but perhaps longer when AusPost is under pressure (e.g.Christmas, COVID etc)

Express Post

This service is used, at your request, if you want your parcel more quickly than "Parcel Post" above.

  • Cost = $14 Australia-wide for parcels less than 0.5kg

  • Cost = $18 Australia-wide for parcels between 0.5kg and 3.0kg

  • Cost = $25 Australia-wide for parcels between 3.0kg and 5.0kg

  • Delivery times are: overnight to capital cities, 2 days to regional cities and towns, 3 or more days to remote areas
